class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p class=\" translation-block\">La persona con disabilit\u00e0 ha diritto alla copertura totale dei servizi di salute ed educazione, garantito attraverso due leggi nazionali: la legge 22.431 che regola il sistema di protezione integrato delle persone con disabilit\u00e0 (1981) e la legge 24.901 che regola il sistema di prestazioni di base, inabilitazione e riabilitazione integrale a favore delle persone con disabilit\u00e0 ( anno 1997).<\/p><p>Inoltre ci sono altre leggi che hanno ampliato la copertura economica (salute, trasporti, spettacoli) e hanno incorporato nuovi diritti per garantire la piena partecipazione delle persone con disabilita\u2019 in diversi contesti.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
