Es una herramienta muy importante que permite ejercer los Derechos establecidos en las Leyes 22.431 y 24.901 que contemplan todas las prestaciones y sistemas de apoyo para las personas con discapacidad. Se trata de un documento personal, por lo cual ante su p\u00e9rdida debe efectuarse la denuncia inmediatamente y ponerse en contacto con la Junta Evaluadora que corresponda, seg\u00fan el domicilio del titular para tramitar un nuevo certificado. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element-custom_font_family elementor-element-custom_font_weight
