Con esta ratificaci\u00f3n el Estado argentino tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de hacer cumplir los principios que promueve la Convenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>The convention promotes a social model for disability that respects a person\u2019s physical and mental integrity while guaranteeing full enjoyment of their rights and ties to their family, community and social environment.<\/p><p>The convention has fifty articles and an Optional Protocol with an additional eighteen articles.
