The IPNA Foundation is a public good organization that contributes to the social integration of people with disabilities by disseminating and promoting their rights; providing counseling and training; and organizing educational, therapeutic and cultural activities.

To help improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, working with their families and civil society organizations to promote the awareness and exercise of their rights.
To provide activities, services and programs that promote the social integration of people with disabilities through a cross-disciplinary perspective that considers human rights.
